The buffet features Salmon Tartare, Salmon sushi and sashimi, Citrus Marinated Salmon, Poached Salmon Salad with tomatoes and olives, Smoked Salmon Devilled Egg and more. Also delight in the Crispy Salmon Flake Salad with spicy dressing, Spicy Salmon Salad with herbs, and Grilled Salmon Belly with Thai-style sauce.
