Centara Partners with SCG Cleanergy to Launch Solar Rooftop Power Generation System Installed at Centara Grand at CentralWorld

Thirayuth Chirathivat (4th from left), Chief Executive Officer of Centara Hotels & Resorts, together with Attapong Sthitmanotham (5th from right), Chief Executive Officer of SCG Cleanergy Company Limited, jointly launched the Solar Rooftop electricity generation project at Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld. The installation boasts a capacity of over 860 kilowatts, making it the largest solar rooftop installation for a hotel in Bangkok.

This Solar Rooftop project is part of the hotel’s commitment to becoming a sustainable Green Hotel and aligns with SCG’s Inclusive Green Growth strategy, driving Thailand forward toward a low-carbon society.
